此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、染色、做膜完畢，外觀圓潤~鏡面效果優。

上圖紅箭頭處之砂孔裂紋已修補，因有K金環緊紮所以沒有列穿的疑慮。

類似加拿大斗型~有該斗廠的重新設計，木料細膩、紋路豐富夢幻有型。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化崩塌情形，斗嘴手工打磨~烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 14.0，   斗高 : 4.7，   斗高 : 3.5，   斗口 : 1.9 公分。

此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、染色、做膜完畢，色澤沉穩~外觀超古拙。

Quote from a paper on BBB pipes by Jacques Cole:

“Probably one of the first filter pipes (paper filter) was the BBB "Sir Morell Mackenzie".

That this pipe was made before 1900 is shown by a letter dated August 27, 1891 from

Sir Morell Mackenzie regarding these models with longer mouthpieces.

The brand survived into the 1960s.”

Sir Morell Mackenzie (1837-1892) was a British physician, one of the pioneers of laryngology

in the United Kingdom. Nevertheless he failed to diagnose

the throat cancer of German Emperor Frederick III.

【HILSON】比利時早期煙斗品牌製造廠出品，石楠木~傳統微彎型直斗。

行銷德國聞名歐洲地區，於1980年由荷蘭Big Ben斗廠收購並繼續行銷。

只抽過幾次就都收藏著，狀況超級優所以無需翻新...保持原出廠狀態。

斗長 : 15.5，   斗高 : 4.2，   斗寬 : 4.2，   斗口 : 2.1 公分。

石楠木瘤超細膩毫無砂孔~非常完美，紋路豐富斗型比例勻稱握感超優。

是此波老娘私藏釋出的好物，做工非常精緻~細微處處理得令人超滿意。

煙道頭段為4mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心處為9mm設定，斗嘴末端以2mm收尾。

Hilson Pipes

The brand Hilson originated in the Belgian Bree.

The Hillen family had a wholesale trade in pipes and other smoking supplies.

From the wholesale they started a pipe factory that made briar

pipes of a good quality in an average price range.

In Europe and Germany in particular, these pipes were very popular in the 1960s and 1970s.

In 1980 Hilson got into financial problems, as a result of which the factory

was sold to the Dutch pipe manufacturer Gubbels,

known from Big Ben. Since then Big Ben models have also been used under the name Hilson.

Nowadays this does not happen anymore. Under the name Hilson still pipes are made,

but only separate releases. For example,

a collaboration has taken place with the now deceased Rainer Barbi,

a beautiful series in which Gubbels was allowed to use Barbi's models.

had to start on its own and the first years were tough.

Stanwell gave him the opportunity to collaborate by going with them

該斗廠已關閉；已查不到該斗廠相關資料，此斗為該廠~庫存全新煙斗。

此番茄斗造型超經典，許多煙斗廠皆有生產類似斗型...重量非常輕盈。

斗長 : 14.9，   斗高 : 3.2，   斗寬 : 3.7，   斗口 : 1.9 公分。

此斗外觀保存得非常好，完全無需整體大翻新...所以保持原出廠狀態。

屬中型斗，一斗菸草可享受30分鐘(視有無助燃網&斗主技術有所增減)。

斗身重量超輕...適合長時間叼斗不致嘴酸齒搖，斗身修長造型超優美。

煙道頭段為3mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心處為3mm設定，斗嘴末端以2mm收尾。

此斗很適合新手使用，斗身修長可稍稍降低熱菸氣~避免新手燙傷舌頭。

新手不適合使用長度過短的煙斗，這是因為新手尚不瞭解~菸草鬆緊....

吸氣速度和頻率...種種訣竅，因為菸草過鬆+吸氣太猛~導致煙斗產生..

高熱燃燒。如果此時煙斗過短，熱菸氣直衝口腔會導致口腔舌頭的燙傷。

標準品草用小斗(品嘗測試菸草專用斗)，適合短時間抽煙斗~節省菸草。

保存狀況優；無須外觀翻新，所以保持了原出廠時的狀態...原汁原味。

斗長 : 12.7，   斗高 : 3.7，   斗寬 : 2.9，   斗口 : 1.7 公分。

測試菸草不比正常抽斗(淺嚐即止)，So~測試菸草一般使用小斗缽煙斗。

尤其測試多款菸草時避免麻痺，少量菸草即可達成原汁原味~無需過多。

斗友分享給您測試菸草時請勿使用大斗(吃到飽慨念)...這是抽斗禮儀。

煙道頭段為6mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心處為3mm設定，斗嘴末端以2mm收尾。

品草小斗配合助燃網使用~容量最為理想，亦可短時間抽斗不浪費菸草。

幾乎接近全新；已整體大翻新完畢，毫無砂孔、紋路豐富~完整度超優。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化崩塌情形，斗嘴手工打磨~烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 14.0，   斗高 : 4.6，   斗寬 : 3.3，   斗口 : 1.9 公分。

Dr. Grabow pipes began with Louis B. Linkman († 1957),

of the M. Linkman and Co. of Chicago in 1932 (Pat # 1 896 800).

Linkman and Co. ceased producing the Dr. Grabow pipes around 1953.

After this date the brand was owned by Henry Leonard and Thomas (HLT), Inc.

of Queens, New York and produced by Sparta Pipes Inc.
In 1969, US Tobacco acquired Sparta Pipes and rights to Dr. Grabow.
Lane Ltd. acquired the Dr. Grabow property from US Tobacco. Lane Ltd.

came under ownership of RJ Reynolds and British American Tobacco in about 2000.
Dr. Paul E. Grabow died in 1965 at age 97.
Production (2006): ~250,000 pipes/year

The logo is the propeller pre-spade marking.

The earliest Dr. Grabow pipes are stamped with both Linkman's and Dr. Grabow,

described as Bruyere, or Italian Briar.

Pre-1944 model names included the SPECIAL, the DELUXE (this pipe), and the SUPREME.

The Linkman's stamp was discontinued around 1944.

Linkman's Dr. Grabow pipes are also stamped with a 4-digit code indicating the model and shape.
