【GBD】英國老牌煙斗製造大廠，老石楠木製類瑞士傳統煙斗造型彎斗。

上一位收藏家純收藏未使用(全新品)，非常稀罕的絕版斗~完整度超優。

底座洩水孔蓋為石楠木(非一般塑膠黑蓋)，質感破錶~斗嘴為魚尾雙孔。

斗長 : 16.5，斗缽高 : 6.5(含底座)，斗寬 : 3.3，斗口 : 2.0公分。

該品牌創始於1850(法國巴黎)原為法國品牌，而後在英國設廠聯名生產。

因藉由日不落國的強大海上貿易行銷全球打開知名度，分英、法兩個廠。

煙道頭段3mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心為3mm設定，斗嘴末端雙出孔各~1.5mm。

Brand created in 1850 in Paris by Ganneval, Bondier and Donninger.
Marechal & Ruchon Cie first, then C.J. Verguet Frères (closed in 1970)

owned GBD from 1903 to 1970 and manufactered these pipes in the St Claude (Fr) plant.
Sometime in the 1970s Cadogan company (Oppenheimer group) took over GBD.

Prior to this time, the pipes were stamped "London England" in a straight line,

even if they were sometimes crafted in France.

Depending the Birmingham hallmark year code is a lower case "o" or a capital "O"

the band of this bulldog pipe would be either from 1913 or from 1938.

It's almost impossible to decide because the escucheon shape for the two years is the same.

Tanganyika Meerschaum Corporation and French leather artisans in the 1970s.
