【GBD-England】英國老牌量產煙斗製造大廠，老石楠木製作彎式煙斗。

品質倍受肯定的老牌英式名斗，絕版型號超少見~完整度超優非常難得。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化崩塌情形，斗嘴手工打磨~烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 14.0，   斗高 : 4.7，   斗寬 : 3.6，   斗口 : 2.0 公分。

此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、雙色染、做膜完畢，外觀油亮鏡面效果佳。

這支早期老斗用料真奢華，細密度和紋路非常優是現今新斗少見的老料。

煙道頭段為3mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心處為3mm設定，斗嘴末端以~2mm收尾。

Brand created in 1850 in Paris by Ganneval, Bondier and Donninger.
Marechal & Ruchon Cie first, then C.J. Verguet Frères (closed in 1970)

owned GBD from 1903 to 1970 and manufactered these pipes in the St Claude (Fr) plant.
Sometime in the 1970s Cadogan company (Oppenheimer group) took over GBD.

Prior to this time, the pipes were stamped "London England"

in a straight line, even if they were sometimes crafted in France.

Depending the Birmingham hallmark year code is a lower case "o" or a capital "O"

 

the band of this bulldog pipe would be either from 1913 or from 1938.

 

It's almost impossible to decide because the escucheon shape for the two years is the same.

Tanganyika Meerschaum Corporation and French leather artisans in the 1970s.

昌盛的海上貿易而行銷世界各國，打開知名度後分由法國與英國廠生產。

不論法國或英國..煙斗落款幾乎都是打上 London England ~ 落款鋼印。
