【Yello-Bole】美國老牌量產煙斗大廠出品，石楠木製加拿大型直斗。

該廠隸屬於美國KB&B集團旗下煙斗廠，是早期平價量產煙斗製造大廠。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化崩塌情形，斗嘴手工打磨烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 14.0，   斗高 : 4.7，   斗寬 : 3.4，   斗口 : 1.9公分。

此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、染色、做膜完畢，外觀平整~完整度很優。

加拿大斗型的長煙道可帶來乾爽低溫的菸氣享受~所以廣受煙斗族喜愛。

煙道頭段為4mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心處為3mm設定，斗嘴末端以2mm收尾。

圖中介紹的這支斗不是一般坊間二手斗所謂的整理，而是整體大翻新。

翻新就有如重做一支煙斗的工序..但比做新煙斗更麻煩工序更多幾道。

一般坊間所謂的整理就是清清斗缽積碳，外表濕布擦後打一層汽車蠟~

煙道幾乎都沒清洗、斗嘴氧化泛黃也沒能力處理，斗身刮痕凹洞.....

就更沒能力修補了(涉及煙斗製造修護原理)，更別提要拿來抽上一斗。

老娘處理老煙斗是採用整體大翻新(手工斗製造工序)全得靠手工完成。

徹底清除原斗染色後~拋平刮痕、修補砂孔凹洞...然後染色做膜拋光。

這些工序必須有製斗和煙斗修護的技術，不是一般人可以隨意處理的。

相對延伸出來翻新重做的工資反應在售價上，提供二手斗的另一選項。

買二手斗拿來讓老娘翻新絕對划不來，除非是"手工高級名師製煙斗"。

老娘標準翻新工資2600元起跳，像今天介紹這支斗連翻新工資都不足。

要不是靠興趣支持誰也不想幹，純商業考量不符成本效益之下所以...

翻新煙斗市場一片空白，樹大難免招風..眼紅下瘋言風語自然一堆囉。

翻新技術非一日可成，學會了又不符商業效益自己賺不到也不讓你賺~

這種事情在現今社會各行各業都有這種人，靠扁損他人鞏固自己地位。

抽煙斗不是拿來炫耀的(想不出有啥值得炫耀)?當然這跟年齡層有關..

現今斗客年齡層下降，早年斗客年齡層都稍高~反應出的想法就不同。

沒有對與錯...個人思想品味很難說得清，但是斗品一定要慢慢長進。

【K&P】英國老牌名廠"比德森"斗廠早期出品，老石楠木製蘋果型直斗。

享譽全球的 Peterson 斗廠很早期的老古董型號，落款以K&P直接打印。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化非常完美，斗嘴手工打磨~烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 16.5，   斗高 : 3.7，   斗寬 : 4.2，   斗口 : 2.0 公分。

此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、雙色染、做膜完畢，斗身光滑鏡面效果優。

這支老彼德森型號非常罕見...深具收藏價值，稀罕的是完整度~超級優。

煙道頭段為3mm鑽孔，軍插式榫頭濾心處為3mm設定，斗嘴末端~2mm收尾。

最少這型號老娘幾乎沒見過，如果是1915年以前的款式就真要~恭喜您。

【E.Wilke-N.Y.C】美國早期姐妹女斗師作品，特選石楠木銀飾環直斗。

超過125年的老菸草製斗店位於紐約，只使用特選馬其頓所產的石楠木。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化崩塌情形，斗嘴手工打磨~烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 15.5，   斗高 : 5.1，   斗寬 : 3.8，   斗口 : 2.0 公分。

此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、染色、做膜完畢，外觀光滑~鏡面效果優。

木料非常好是支品相一流的老骨董斗，做工細膩~屬於收藏級的古董斗。

煙道頭段為3mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心處為3mm設定，斗嘴末端以2mm收尾。

Wilke

Edwin Wilke founded Wilke Tobacco in 1872. As the story goes, according to a 1937 New York World-Telegram article, he had no sons, and so he taught his two daughters, Anna and Louisa Wilke, how to make pipes and blend tobacco, and by his death in 1930 they were well versed in both trades, and adamant about only using quality briar. In 1950, when they were the focus of an article in the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, they were the only women pipe makers in the United States, and had sold pipes to Herbert hoover, Lord Halifax, John Steinbeck and others. The sisters also blended pipe tobacco and repaired pipes. They did not, however, smoke pipes.

Wilke prided itself on "unpainted pipes", and promised that only Macedonian briar was used, without paint, varnish, plug, or putty of any kind. As of 1950, some of their pipes were selling for up to $100.00, or just under $1,000.00 dollars today. By the release of a 1970 New York Magazine highlight of the shop, that claim had risen to $500.00, or over $3,000.00 today.

The Wilke Pipe Shop was located for decades on Madison Avenue in New York City, and in the 1970s opened a satellite store in the famed Wanamaker's department store in Philadelphia, selling Wilke pipes made by Steven Johnson. In 1983, the brand was purchased by pipe maker Elliott Nachwalter and his wife, Carole Burns. They continued to operate the Madison Avenue store until the early 1990's, at which point the couple moved to Vermont and Pipeworks & Wilke was born as a mail-order business.

Even after the marriage of Burns and Nachwalter, the business continued, with Nachwalter selling pipes in Manchester, New Hampshire, and Burns blending tobacco in Montpelier, Vermont. Burns continues to keep the 125 year old brand.

【SASIENI】英國早期老牌知名煙斗製造廠出品，老石楠木製彎式煙斗。

木料非常好紋路豐富毫無冷場，整支斗的完整度非常優~老娘保證正品。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化崩塌情形，斗嘴手工打磨~烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 13.5，   斗高 : 3.7，   斗寬 : 3.9，   斗口 : 1.8 公分。

此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、雙色染、做膜完畢，斗身光滑鏡面效果優。

名牌貨的選料就是不同，屬於TWO DOT等級；生產週期約二戰後~50年代。

煙道頭段為3mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心處為3mm設定，斗嘴末端以~2mm收尾。

In the context of the Sasieni/Dunhill trial and according to Stephan Smith:
"In an initial attempt to comply with US patent law, Sasieni moved the one

blue dot to the side of the pipe.  This unfortunately didn't do the trick,

and only a few side dot Sasieni's were ever made,

which are now extremely rare and collectible."

木料非常細密紋路超豐富，經典的美式厚缽型直斗~耐熱、耐操非常優。

斗長 : 14.0，   斗高 : 4.0，   斗寬 : 3.7，   斗口 : 2.0 公分。

Dr. Grabow pipes began with Louis B. Linkman († 1957), of the M. Linkman and Co.

of Chicago in 1932 (Pat # 1 896 800). Linkman and Co. ceased producing the

Dr. Grabow pipes around 1953. After this date the brand was owned by

Henry Leonard and Thomas (HLT), Inc. of Queens, New York and produced by Sparta Pipes Inc.
In 1969, US Tobacco acquired Sparta Pipes and rights to Dr. Grabow.
Lane Ltd. acquired the Dr. Grabow property from US Tobacco. Lane Ltd.

came under ownership of RJ Reynolds and British American Tobacco in about 2000.
Dr. Paul E. Grabow died in 1965 at age 97.

The logo is the propeller pre-spade marking.

The earliest Dr. Grabow pipes are stamped with both Linkman's and

Dr. Grabow, described as Bruyere, or Italian Briar.

Pre-1944 model names included the SPECIAL, the DELUXE (this pipe), and the SUPREME.

The Linkman's stamp was discontinued around 1944.

Linkman's Dr. Grabow pipes are also stamped with a 4-digit code indicating the model and shape.

【MASTER】法國早期布魯耶爾區製斗業產物，老石楠木製彎式煙煙斗。

歷史資料已難追尋，是1940年代法、德邊界法語區的製斗所所生產的。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化崩塌情形，斗嘴手工打磨烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 13.5，   斗高 : 4.3，   斗寬 : 3.6，   斗口 : 1.9公分。

此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、雙色染、做膜完畢，完整度~鏡面效果優。

斗身泛著油光古色斑斕，斗型屬於經典的傳統彎斗~沒有退流行的擔憂。

經典斗型叼在嘴角令人發思古之幽情，那股一整個令人放鬆的fu~迷人。

煙道頭段為3mm鑽孔，金屬榫頭中段濾心處3mm設定，斗嘴末端2mm收尾。

此斗的重新染色做舊手法...是為了延續原斗歷經使用的歷史滄桑感受。

那種斑駁的fu~非常令人癡迷，也是許多老斗迷們所追求的古色斑斕感。

斗身非常輕巧適合長時間叼斗，煙草容量足以令人放鬆...30分鐘以上。

【WINTHROP】美國早期煙斗製造廠產品，石楠木製造傳統型直式煙斗。

該廠歷史資料已無從查起，但斗型厚實非常大器屬於量產斗中大型斗。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化崩塌情形，斗嘴手工打磨烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 15.0，   斗高 : 4.9，   斗寬 : 3.8，   斗口 : 2.2公分。

此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、雙色染、做膜完畢，斗身平整鏡面效果優。

純美式風格的老斗碩壯的斗身令人覺得粗勇，握感絕佳厚缽耐熱度很好。

屬於耐操型的感受..非常適合當作日常用斗，當作新手練習斗亦很適合。

煙道頭段為4mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心處為3mm設定，斗嘴末端以~2mm收尾。

金屬螺旋式榫頭不怕熱漲冷縮..可熱插拔，對菸草直接置入者非常理想。

煙草不用助燃網直接置入經常會吸進煙道頭段，煙道頭段累積菸油最多~

超黏的菸油使煙草跑入煙道頭段後黏住造成阻塞，一般榫頭不可熱插拔~

阻塞後無法抽斗挺掃興的，金屬螺旋榫頭於是誕生讓您立馬可疏通阻塞。

斗身有標示 old briar(老石楠木)，因為歷史久遠~廠家資料搜尋困難。

燃燒室與斗缽口沒燒蝕碳化崩塌情形，斗嘴手工打磨~烏黑晶亮沒咬痕。

斗長 : 16.0，   斗高 : 4.4，   斗寬 : 4.1，   斗口 : 2.0 公分。

此斗已整體手工打磨大翻新、雙色染、做膜完畢，斗身完整度~非常好。

屬於中型斗，一斗煙草可享受~45分鐘(視有無助燃網與斗主技術有關)。

斗身色澤沉穩古拙，整支斗泛著油亮光澤古色斑斕令人發~懷古之幽情。

煙道頭段為3mm鑽孔，榫頭中段濾心處為3mm設定，斗嘴末端以2mm收尾。

斗嘴角度非常正確...叼斗時可確保斗口朝上不致因為受熱不均而燒傷。

有些彎斗為了譁眾取寵..造型會將斗嘴彎的非常誇張的彎~這是危險的。

太過彎的斗嘴無法與斗口協調...會造成斗口朝前，而斗缽口後方偏燒。

所以斗口後方燒到碳化崩塌的煙斗...老娘維修了很多，是不可不慎滴。
